Equipment

In Constructora Sanchez Carvajal we use state-of-the art technology in all our equipment and processes.

Our Engineering Team programs, executes and controls each stage in order to offer the client the best proposal and development of their projects.

Regarding the equipment, we have the most modern fleet of transportation equipment. We use leveling with ultrasonic and laser equipment for the shaping of surfaces.

Besides, we use GPS (Global Position System) in topographic survey and measurements, combined with the most modern total stations in the market with in-built data readers, in order to attain greater accuracy.

We have information systems that collaborate with project administration.

Quality

With the commitment acquired since it was founded – the quality of the projects is fundamental – the company strictly controls the whole constructive process. In order to do this, we use, in the first place, the proper planning for each work, finding out what are the needs to be satisfied and how to achieve that with the greatest effectiveness possible. Consecutively, the process is carried out, within which the quality of the materials used as well as the quality of the constructive process of the work are verified step by step. Finally, we carry out a control that ensures the fulfillment of the requested quality standards.

In order to control the quality of all the constructive processes as well as the quality of the final product we work with the support of an external laboratory that certifies it.
